Smith App Studio Affiliate Program - Terms of Service

Welcome to the Smith App Studio Affiliate (Ambassador) Program. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. We may approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

2. Commissions and Tracking

You earn a 30% recurring commission on payments from customers you refer through your unique link, tracked via a 60-day referral cookie. Commission duration grows with performance: one (1) year of commission per referred customer to start, increasing to two (2) years after 25 referred paying customers and three (3) years after 75, applied to new referrals going forward. Commissions are earned only on valid, completed payments and are reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or cancellations.

From time to time we may offer performance bonuses, such as a one-time bonus for reaching a customer milestone. Bonuses are paid at our sole discretion and only on genuine, retained paying customers who remain active beyond any refund or holding period. They are not earned on self-referrals or on fraudulent, refunded, charged-back, or cancelled customers, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

3. Payouts

Commissions are paid once your balance reaches the $50 USD minimum, via the payout method on file. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions earned.

4. Promotion Rules

• You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable law.
• No spam or unsolicited messaging; comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and all anti-spam laws.
• Do not bid on our brand or trademark terms in paid search, or use misleading domains, ads, or claims.
• Do not make false, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about our apps; use only accurate, approved messaging.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited and will be reversed.
• Coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty sites require our prior written approval.
• Any personal discount code we issue you is for your own audience only. Do not post it on public coupon, deal, cashback, or aggregator sites. Codes are unique to you and may be deactivated if leaked, shared publicly, or abused.

5. Brand Assets

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the approved logos and marketing assets we provide, solely to promote our apps. Do not alter our trademarks.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination for fraud or breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Balances below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer

The program is provided as is. We make no guarantee of earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smith App Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the program.
